Machuca

Sinopsis

Chile, 1973. Gonzalo Infante and Pedro Machuca are two 11-year-old boys living in Santiago, the first in a well-to-do neighborhood and the second in a humble illegal settlement a few blocks away. Two worlds separated by a great invisible wall that some want to tear down, like the director of a private religious school, Father McEnroe, who integrates children from families in the village into the establishment, with the intention that they learn to respect each other. This way, between Pedro Machuca and Gonzalo Infante, a friendship full of discoveries and surprises is born.
